Criteria on HIV/AIDS prevention service for target community issued

The set is a tool for service delivery facilities to evaluate and establish a plan to improve its quality to become friendlier to the target community and bring the most satisfaction for customers, thus heading to soon achieve HIV/AIDS prevention targets. 

The subjects of the set are mangers at HIV/AIDS prevention and control service delivery facilities and HIV/AIDS prevention service providers. 

The set of criteria can be used by individuals and organizations as references in building community-based supervision indexes. 

The set consists of two parts including target community and characteristics of the target community in HIV/AIDS fight and criteria set for friendly HIV/AIDS service providing criteria to the target community.
